Giuseppe Zanotti Shoes

My parents usually end up giving me money for Christmas so that I am able to buy things are like, so I decided to buy these shoes from Giuseppe Zanotti. I absolutely love them and am excited about wearing them with a simple dress.

The Valentino Exhibition and Tom's Kitchen

So I needed fashion inspiration, so I dragged my friend Alex to The Valentino Exhibition at Somerset House.  I was so excited about seeing all the beautiful dresses.

The Exhibition started off with a history about how Valentino began his empire and then you went to a catwalk full of beautiful gowns. Finally, there were videos to see the material and the amount work done making the dresses. The Exhibition is on until March, so definitely worth a trip.

After the exhibition Alex and I decided to go to Tom's Kitchen, so that we could indulge on desserts and coffee. I love the rustic, almost Scandinavian look to the restaurant. We decided to go for the chocolate fondue with the pistachio ice cream and a maple syrup Creme Brulee.

The best roast I have had in London!!

After reading all the reviews about some of the best places to have a roast lunch on a Sunday, I decided to try out Hawksmoor in Seven Dials. I loved the relaxed vibe of Hawskmoor and loved the basement style layout.

As for the roast, the beef was served medium rare and was delicious. The portions were quite large, so I opted not to go for dessert ( very unlike me as I have a huge sweet tooth) Next time I go there, I will have to try the cornflake sundae.

Les Deux Salons and the Ballet

As a Birthday gift to my friend Stacy, I booked Ballet tickets to watch The English National Ballet version of The Nutcracker. It was absolutely beautiful as expected. I found it extra special, as I had been taking adult ballet classes at The English National Ballet and love all things ballet. Check out the lessons here .

Where my ballet lessons were held

The Nutcracker at The London Coliseum

We had pre-theatre drinks and food at Les Deux Salons, which is a pretty french brasserie style restaurant. It is a great place to go for drinks, light meal or early dinner before a show.

Start of a new blog

I'm a twenty something Londoner who is a big foodie, who loves adventures and fashion. I thought I would start sharing this with people to inspire them on visits to restaurants and events. I hope you enjoy it.
