Moustache Vest

I'm in love with this moustache vest, which I found on amazon. I have to buy it.

Iced Coffee

So I love iced coffee, which lead me to find Jimmy's iced coffee. The iced coffee come in these cute little milk cartons and have a retro design to it. They sell it in Waitrose and Giraffe. Link here

Pix Bar

I find a Pix Bar a lot of fun to go with friends. It's tapas food on different sized sticks, you pay for the number of sticks at the end. It's similar to the Yo Sushi colour system. The food is delicious, you end up buying more and more. There is one in Soho and Covent Garden, the one in Covent Garden is a bit cosier. It's best to go to the Soho one if there is more than two. The restaurant has a edgy feel to it and is quite darkly lit. It's a relaxed place to go for dinner after work. Link

Charbonnel et Walker

I've come back to my parents house, in Norfolk, for my mum's birthday. I always bring my little sister a treat. This times bought her salted caramel truffles from Charbonnel et Walker. I'm so excited totry them with a nice cup of tea. I just love Charbonnel et Walker and I adore their packaging.Link to the website

Bill's Cafe

Billy's Cafe is another great place for breakfast. It's a rustic looking cafe and shop, where you can buy things such as condiments and chocolate. I went there for an early, after work dinner. I had the halloumi and hummus, which was grilled halloumi I'm a bun with humus (it came with fries). I also had pink lemonade (which I absolutely love) and a brownie milkshake for dessert. I really enjoyed the food there and liked the relaxed atmosphere. I went to the one in Covent Garden, however there are a few located in London. Link Here

It is a modern all day brasserie with a very New York feel to it.I had a lovely latte, pancakes and smoothie. The pancakes, with cream, berries and maple syrup was delicious. The Great Gatsby

I'm really excited about The Great Gatsby movie adaptation with Leonardo Dicaprio and Carey Milligan. I love the flapper fashion of the 1920s and had to dress up as a flapper for two events. One was for the secret event Prohibition 1920s and the other was for a summer ball at the Hurlingham club.Miuccia Prada has also revealed the dresses for the new movie - beautiful. Here is the Link

Yoobi

Over the weekend, I went for lunch at Yoobi, the first Temakeria restaurant in London. The interior is ultra-modern and minimal, made out of wood panels. It's sushi type food inspired by Brazilian food and it was delicious. I kept buying more and more.I loved the Tuna Tartare one, with it's delicious guacamole. I will definitely be going there again for a quick, delicious, sushi lunch. Link Here

Choccywoccydoodah

As it is snowing, I think it is an excuse for hot chocolate. Yesterday, I went to choccywoccydoodah with my friend Aidan. I was trying to be good and just have a hot chocolate, however Aidan bought a cake and we ended up sharing it. The hot chocolate was amazing, so thick and chocolates. It came with a chocolate curl, whipped cream and marshmallows. I love it when hot chocolate is made with molten chocolate. The shop is located in Carnaby and you will be amazed by some of the creations. I had always wanted to go to the original in Brighton, so when they opened one up in London, I was excited. Paternoster Chop House

It's a steak and British food restaurant located in St Paul's. The restaurant is a relaxed atmosphere with delicious hearty food. I loved the starter which was brioche with truffles, mushroom and egg. There is also a delicious chocolate brownie dessert to try, which is a rich dark chocolate.Definetly a place to go with guy friends or a boyfriend, as there is a lot of meaty food, which my friend Aidan enjoyed thoroughly.

It's snowing in London!!!

Time for earmuffs.

Checked skirts and tasseled flats

I love checked skirts, so I bought one from Gant kids (I'm quite short, which means the XL from the kids section sometimes fits). Tonight, I paired it with some blue tasseled flats(from Zara Kids). I should have worn thicker tights, as it was freezing.

Korean food

Hana is a Korean restaurant located in Clapham Junction. It's a really cosy little place with great food and service. We were a group of 6, so they gave us the private room. The food was made to share, so we had a few things. My favourite dish was the chilli squid, which we asked if we could buy the sauce to take home (sadly they couldn't give us any take home sauce). The staff were very friendly and it was a relaxed atmosphere, definitely worth going again. Link Here

Peggy Porschen

One of my favourite cake places in London is Peggy Porschen. She makes beautiful birthday cakes and her parlour in Belgravia is so adorable. It was so hard to choose a cake to eat as I could have bought all of them.Definitely a great girlie catch up place. My sister and I ended up sharing two cakes even though we were tempted to get more.Check out her website Here

Macarons

My friend made my evening with these. The chocolate ones taste like brownies.Xx

Breadstall

During the weekends, Breadstall has a Market stall on the Northcote road in Clapham Junction. They sell artisan breads, cakes and pastries.Last weekend I thought I'd try one of their vanilla cupcakes, which was delicious. Next time I'll have to buy their yummy looking pizza. You can smell all the great food when you walk past.

SugarSin

If you want to be transported back to your childhood, then go to Sugarsin. It's located in Covent Garden and it's like being in Willy Wonka's factory.I went there with my mum and sister, we ended up buying too many sweets.Sugar high!!!

Cuckoo Club

So my friend invited me to an event at the Cuckoo Club and it was a lot of fun. It's actually quite a pretty club and you will have a fun time in there. It does get very crowded in there. It's all about about pretty dresses and big heels at The Cuckoo Club.

Another coffee hangout

If you are in the Sloane Square area and you want a coffee stop, then check out Cuisine de Bar by Poliane. They have artisan breads and pastries. The interior reminds me of minimal Scandinavian, there are loads of plants as well which I think makes it feel more relaxing. it's a great place to arch up with a friend of coffee or to read a book. You also get a little biscuit with your coffee.

Shrimpy's

Shrimpy's is an American restaurant in Kings Cross, located in the filling station. The food is quite different from th other American restaurants I've been to. I have a soft shell crab burger, which was delicious. The restaurant is very hipster with its colourful doodles and quite relaxed. I absolutely loved the dessert, which was a pistachio and brownie sundae. The pistachios were caramelised, which gave them a nice crunch. I went with my friend Aidan, who enjoyed it so much, that he took a date there. They had a nice range of cocktails on the menu too.

Harvey Nichols 5th floor terrace

I love Harvey Nichols and always end up going to the fifth floor food court. My friend Alex and I decided on a coffee and cake date on the fifth floor. We were taken to the terrace, which they have designed in a log cabin style. It's so cute with videos of fires etc. There are heaters there as well, however do not go when it's raining.

On the menu they have several interesting drinks including vodkapops. We decided on a more PG option, with hot chocolate and cake. The hit chocolate was thick and very creamy.Yummy.

Emma Victoria Payne Bridal Dresses

My friend Emma Victoria Payne is a Wedding dress designer who has designed some beautiful wedding dresses. She has a shop in Knightsbridge and everytime I visit the shop, it's like being transported into a fairytale. Here dresses have a beautiful vintage feel to them and I definitely have my eye on a dress when (someday) I get married. She also designs bridesmaid dresses that can be worn for special occasions, Check out her website Emma Victoria Payne.

Recently, she had a bridal event with canapés and champagne, which she invited me to. It was a lovely event where there were hairstylists trying out different hairstyles and loads of Jimmy Choo shoes to try on.

Emma is as lovely and as beautiful as her dresses, therefore a great choice for your big day.

The Burger Trend

So with all these American Burger type joints opening up,I thought I would check out MeatMarket (sister of Meat Liquor). I had tickets to see The Lion King, so MeatMarket was the perfect option. I had the Black Palace burger and I really enjoyed it. Burgers can sometime be way too greasy with no flavour, however the burger at MeatMarket was full of flavour. I've been told that they do a mean milkshake, unfortunetly I was too full to have one. On another note, I finally got to see The Lion King and let me just say it was Amazing.

Macaron Patisserie

There is a cute little patisserie in Clapham that I have walked past several times,I decided to buy my sister a few macarons. I always buy my little sister a treat when I go back to my family home in Norfolk. The shop reminds me a lot of the type of cafes in the Movie Chocolat (one of my fave feel good movies).

Bond and Brook

A place I love going for coffee after a day of shopping, when around the Bond Street area, is Bond and Brook. It is located in Fenwick and has a modern vibe to it. One of the reasons I love this place is because there are so many coffee table style fashion books that you can read, while having a coffee. A cute extra that they do is a bowl of smarties type chocolate that comes with your drink. I'm a bit of a sucker for the little extras so I was sold when I saw the chocolates.Check it out : Bond and Brook

Laura Mercier - La Petite Patisserie Hand Creams

I received the cutest present for my birthday from a friend who knows me well. As a lover of all things patisserie and sweet, I was given a quartet of hand creams by Laura Mercier. The fragrances were almond coconut milk, fresh fig, creme brulee and creme de pistache. They all look so pretty and smell divine, I loveeee them.

Momo Cafe

I wanted to go for a post work coffee, so my friend Aidan and I decided to go to Momo Cafe. I have always wanted to go to Momo for dinner, however I had a friend's dinner to attend so I decided on mint tea at Momo cafe. Aidan had mint tea with pine nuts, which he thought had an interesting flavour. We had a few mezze snacks too.The design, as would be expected, very Morrocan.
